Our current home has changed drastically in the last couple years. It was a former rental of ours, but because of mold issues, required us to step in and renovate. We are now living here and are really enjoying living near the beach. It’s also been a fun challenge downsizing to a small home. This post shows more of some of the projects we have tackled here.
